Lifetime points rank your account and determine your tier. Active earners are wired today for account creation, verified links, reminders, referrals, streaks, and host/admin awards.
// 02Do lifetime points expire?
No. Lifetime points only go up, so your public tier and leaderboard position stay attached to your collector history.
// 03Can I spend points today?
The rewards catalog is intentionally shown as prototype UI until the redemption ledger and fulfillment workflow are fully wired. Existing tier vouchers still run through the room queue flow.
// 04What counts toward the leaderboard?
The leaderboard uses lifetime points from the loyalty ledger. It reflects account setup, identity verification, room engagement, referrals, streaks, and host recognition.
// 05Why verify linked accounts?
Verified platform identity lets the ops team match break participation, won cards, reminders, and post-break support to the right Zilla account.
// 06What is still prototype?
Purchase ingestion, case-hit calls, grading rewards, and spendable point redemptions are represented visually here, but they stay non-transactional until the back office workflow is ready.
