What we collect

When you create an account, we store the profile and email details supplied by your selected sign-in method. Discord sign-in also gives us your Discord username and avatar. We use these details to identify you in rooms, orders, and recaps.

If you sign up for a room reminder, we store your email or phone number and the room you followed so we can send you the room link, guest reveal timing, and reminders.

If you place an order through the Zilla shop, Shopify provides us with the order contents, contact details, payment totals, and shipping address needed to identify, fulfill, and support the order. We do not store full payment-card numbers.

If you link a Whatnot or TikTok account, we store your username on that platform. We do not access your account or post on your behalf.

How we use it

Your information is used to run rooms, send recaps, manage your loyalty points, and communicate with you about upcoming breaks. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Text messages

If you opt into texts, we use your phone number for recurring stream, room-link, and any separately selected order-shipping updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We retain consent and delivery records so we can honor those choices and troubleshoot delivery. We also store an alert time zone, supplied by you, detected by the website, or estimated from your phone number's original area code, to enforce local quiet hours. Reply with a supported TZ command to correct it.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in or consent records, or message content with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We may share the information needed to deliver messages with service providers such as Telnyx, mobile carriers, and vendors that support message delivery. These providers may use it only to operate the messaging service and may not use SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use service providers including Shopify for checkout and order processing and Telnyx for text-message delivery. They process the information needed to provide those services under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. Cloudflare may set performance and security cookies. We do not run third-party tracking or advertising scripts.
