What Zilla Breaks is

Zilla Breaks runs live sports card breaking rooms on platforms like Whatnot and Fanatics Live. This website provides room information, waitlist signups, direct Shopify-powered purchases, fulfillment, and account management for collectors.

Accounts

You can create a collector account with the sign-in methods offered on the site. You are responsible for your account activity. We may suspend accounts that violate community standards.

Purchases

Some purchases and room spot entries happen on third-party live platforms such as Whatnot. Purchases in the Zilla shop are processed by Shopify and are subject to the price, availability, shipping, and return information shown during checkout. Third-party platform purchases remain subject to that platform's terms and policies.

Text alerts

By opting into Zilla Breaks texts, you agree to receive recurring automated stream reminders, room links, and any separately selected order-shipping alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, typically about three stream messages per week plus shipping updates, and message and data rates may apply. Marketing alerts are limited to 9 a.m.–8 p.m. in the time zone we have on file. Reply TZ PT, MT, CT, ET, AK, or HI to update it. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Loyalty program

Loyalty points are earned through participation and have no cash value. We reserve the right to adjust point values, tiers, and redemption options at any time.

Limitation of liability

Zilla Breaks provides this site and its services as-is. We are not responsible for the value, condition, or authenticity of cards purchased through third-party platforms.
